Miriam, Ms. Forever Fresh Face USA 2021 is a mother and grandmother who is very active in her service to others. She had a career in delivery services and customer relations for almost three decades prior to her recent retirement to focus on her family. She loves writing, reading, creating things and being with loved ones. Her pageant platform is advocating for better resources for those suffering from chronic illnesses. Her granddaughter Jenesis is the Junior Miss Fresh Face 2021 and is passionate about the arts and being a good supporter to her community and family.

How do you use your platform as an influencer to spread "What's Good" to the world and who have you impacted?
Continuing and expanding her self-funded annual Gastroparesis Walk for the community in honor of her late daughter, Mekia
Supporting local cancer walks by participating and donating
Contributing to charities and nonprofits that work towards progressive research for those suffering with chronic illnesses
What are some projects that you are currently working on or promoting?
Miriam’s main project right now is organizing and promoting her upcoming annual Gastroparesis Walk that will be held this summer! The walk offers free drinks, snacks and goodie bags to all who participate and even has a raffle for prize baskets that Miriam makes herself in exchange for donations that she gives to the national foundation.
Who do you have to credit for your success?
God, her late daughter Mekia and granddaughter Jenesis and my family.
What is your ultimate goal in your career/life?
To eventually open a nonprofit organization that can provide resources for those suffering with chronic illnesses and give back to the community at the highest level possible.
